Cause of your sickness and health is generally due to impurities on your mind, body and soul. Impurities can be in the form of anxiety, stress, depression or insomnia. Yoga is one such thing that harmonizes these the tripod (mind, body and soul) into one. This harmony, in return supports life making it worth living for. Imagine an exercise that strengthens your muscles, increase your blood circulation, relaxes you from various impurities , brings flexibility in body integrate the body with mind and mind with soul.

To get the maximum benefits of yoga , one has to do yogasanas ,pranayama and meditation. One can start practicing yoga at any point of time with pranayama or meditation, without even doing asanas(postures) in the beginning. Yoga asanas is not just stretching the body but mind should also be with the body. It should not be done while reading newspaper or watching television as it breaks the rhythm with the body. It is the integration of your body, mind and soul together.

There are more than 100 yoga postures to attain yogic perfection.
